Kiel Snyder

Kiel Snyder is the Chief Executive Officer of San Diego Mining Corporation, a role he has held since 2018. Under his leadership, the company has focused on maintaining and advancing operations within historically significant pegmatite districts of Southern California, including the Tourmaline King, Hercules, and Carmelita pegmatites.

Kiel has extensive hands-on experience in pegmatite mining operations, mineral recovery, and mine development. His work has centered on sustaining active underground access to complex lithium-cesium-tantalum (LCT) pegmatite systems while preserving the geological integrity of classic mineral-producing localities.

In recent years, Kiel has guided the company toward integrating modern research approaches with traditional mining methods, supporting efforts to expand geological documentation, structured sampling, and collaboration with academic and technical partners to better understand the broader mineral potential of these systems.
